MODEL : Z/E1 Machine comprises of

>

ENTRY : Overhead fabric entering device from plaited fabric with swivel tension device. Tension bars and Heavy duty pneumatic cloth guiders will be provided.

>

PRE DRYING ZONE : Comprises of 1 no. S.S. Cylinder of 760 mm. dia., provided with rotary joint for steam entry and condensate removal.

>

PRE CLEANING UNIT : Comprises of brush box unit having 4 nos. of brush rollers with nylon bristles having 190 mm dia. running in heavy duty pedestals. Both the surface of the cloth work in contact with the brushes. The brushes are enclosed in steel casing and are driven by a motor. Fluff collecting fan will be provided.

SINGEING UNIT : Two heavy duty steel BURNERS provided with S.S. corrugated strips for uniform distribution of air-gas mixture. Pneumatic adjustment for width of the flame. Water cooling guide rolls, with special type of doll heads for circulating the cooling water running in self aligned ball bearing enabling both the burners to be used on one face of the cloth or on both face of the cloth according to requirements. Automatic flame stopping of machine will be provided.

TURBO AIR BOOSTER : One turbo air booster with totally enclosed 5.0 H.P. A.C. Electric drive will be provided.

>

WASTE EXHAUST : One 3 H.P. exhaust will be provided with necessary ducting to suck the waste after singeing.

MAIN DRIVE : A.C. VARIABLE Speed CROFT drive will be provided.

Same as above i.e. ENTRY, PRE DRYING ZONE, PRE CLEANING UNIT, GAS SINGEING UNIT, TURBO AIR BOOSTER, WASTE EXHAUST, FABRIC DELIVERY, ASSEMBLY AND DRIVE. in addition to the above ,the machine will be provided with.

IMPREGNATION COMPARTMENT : Comprises of closed impregnating tank fabricated from S.S. 304, 16 SWG. sheets, having 20 mtrs. cloth content with 5 nos. S.S. guide rolls inside the tank and 5 nos. guide rollers on the top of the tank running in ball bearings. The tank is provided with direct and indirect steam heating pipes along with overflow device and drain valve and temperature regulator.

SQUEEZING UNIT : Comprises of two bowls, one of synthetic rubber and one of ebonite having 250 mm. dia., running in heavy duty ball bearings to give 3-4 ton nip pressure.

Technical Specifications

>

CYLINDERS : Two main cylinders fabricated out of S.S. 316 stainless steel perforated plates mounted on ball bearing with specially designed gun metal nozzles for effective steaming and cooling operations driven by D.C. electric motor.

>

DRYER CYLINDERS : One stainless steel dryer cylinder provided at the bottom between the two main cylinders having proper heat controlling arrangement to dry the wrapper.

>

PRESSURE ROLLS : Two hard chromed pressure rolls to press the fabric while feeding it to the main cylinders to ensure crease free entry of the fabric into the machine. Pneumatic cylinders are provided to adjust the pressure and tension of the fabric.

>

VACUUM PUMP : Vacuuming Device of 5 H.P. for cooling of fabrics.

>

CONTROL PANEL : Electrical control panel complete with synchronous timers, solenoid valves, pressure gauges, thermometers, push buttons, tele tell and other safety devices including auto / manual selection switches.

>

PLAITING DOWN ARRANGEMENT : Plaiting down arrangement with geared motor on either side for piling the fabrics.

>

DRIVE : 5 H.P. D.C. electric motor (for main cylinders) with pneumatic torque clutch and break for easy control of wrap per tension and uniform surface speed.

Mounting Frame: The frames are made of graded cast-iron rigidly connected by means of cast-iron tie bars.

Gear Box: The drive to the main roll is given through differential gear box resulting in constant fabric speed.

Liquor Tank: Stainless Steel trough fabricated out of 304/316 qty. 16 swg. At the bottom, two stainless steel guide rolls of 3" mounted on hylum bearing. Provision for drain, overflow provided.

Heating Device: Perforated steel pipe for direct heating and coil if required for indirect heating provided below the guide rolls.

Oscillating Device: Fitted above the trough consisting of self balancing rocker with guide rolls of 3" and adjustable pipe expander to give stretched and creaseless passage of the fabric.

Main Drive: 3 H.P. / 7.5 H.P.  / 10 H.P. standard electric motor fitted below the gear box. Driven by "V" Belts totally enclosed. Reverse forward starter with panel box. Starter provided on either side of the gear box.
